A delicate and aromatic SFTGFOP 1 Darjeeling First Flush.
Origin - India
This tea originates from the last family owned and operated gardens in Darjeeling on the gentle slopes of the Kurseong valley.
The Shah family produces delicate and exquisite teas from century old China tea bushes. Darjeeling means “land of the thunderbolt” and lies in Northern India at the foot of the Himalayas. The tea garden is in the mountains and benefits from cool winters and rainy springs. This first “flush” consists of new leaves growing at the tip of each stem that are harvested in the spring, then lightly oxidized as a black tea.
