Origin - Rwanda

This green tea is grown on the mountain slopes of Rwanda at 1800m/6000ft of elevation, benefiting from the warm and moist climate as well as the cool and misty nights. It is produced by a cooperative of farmers more known for their black teas but that is now also making organic orthodox green tea.


Profile - The wiry, dark-green leaves give a shiny lime colored infusion with spinach aromas typical of steamed teas accompanied by notes of tropical fruit.  This tea offers a long refreshing aftertaste.
