Rooibos or red bush is a plant by the name of aspalathus linearis. It grows in the Cederberg, a small mountainous area in the Western Cape province of South Africa, home to the Khoi and San indigenous tribes that have used Rooibos for its medicinal properties for centuries.
 
Profile - Comfortingly rich and creamy, this classic chocolate and mint blend is more complex than most with an added sprinkling of cinnamon and star anise to complete the wintry aroma.
